Thrilled to be in the Cowboy State since 2013 and having always been interested in real estate, I’m excited to have the opportunity to serve others as a REALTOR®! As a REALTOR®, my role is to listen and build trust with my Buyers or Sellers while representing them with the utmost integrity and common sense. Looking out for your best interests, educating as needed throughout the process, and working together with you to meet your needs, all while keeping an eye on your bottom line is what I do. Knowing the real estate market is a necessity in order for me to do my best for you, and knowing the numbers sure is important when it comes to writing or accepting an offer. Being organized, yet flexible ensures that we meet all deadlines, as well as keep everyone involved up-to-date with what’s happening throughout the transaction all the way through closing.

Having over 34 years in Education from High School Agriculture Teacher & FFA Advisor to teaching kids K-6, as well as being an Elementary, Middle & Continuation School Principal in Southern California has allowed me to serve thousands of children and families over the years. Serving others has always been who I am, whether in education, and now as a REALTOR® - it’s what has made NextHome Rustic Realty a perfect fit for me, as it truly aligns with my belief that it’s all about building relationships, not only in life, but in real estate as well. Married to a retired (after 34 years) LA County Sheriff’s Sergeant, we combined our education & law enforcement/first responder experiences as we chose Wyoming to settle down and enjoy living on our small ranch in Cheyenne with a couple horses and our barn cat. There is nothing like the open spaces and our amazing, ever-changing Wyoming sky!
